Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it has been placed. Your order is considered “dispatched” once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your address.
During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery time depends on your location and begins once your order has been dispatched. Transit times may vary, and delays can occur due to the carrier or customs if applicable.

🇺🇸 United States: 5–10 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 7–14 business days
🌍 International: 10–20 business days (customs may cause delays)
Please note: During peak times, shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. International shipments may also be subject to customs clearance procedures that could extend delivery times.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout. Inaccurate or incomplete details may result in delayed processing or cancellation.
If our system detects an address issue, our support team will contact you within 3 business days of your order.
If we do not receive a response, your order may be canceled.

Delayed Delivery

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is handed off to the courier, it is no longer under our direct control. In the rare case your package is lost or stolen:
